WARRANTIES
All our items are guaranteed for 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. Once this period has expired, no exchange or return can be processed.
RETURNS
- If the item arrived broken or damaged; it will be necessary to report it to us at the moment of receiving it in order to process its collection and replacement or refund of the amount.
- It is necessary to keep the original packaging and photographically record the damage to be included in the report and return request.

- Include description of the damage, photos, folio and date of purchase and your contact information.
- We will arrange for pickup of the damaged item.

In both cases we ask you to indicate if you want a refund of the value of the item or a replacement product; in case of replacement we will contact you to offer you a product of the same or similar category, because since these are handicrafts there are no products in series that can be identical.
In case of refund, the cost of packing and packaging materials and shipping costs will be deducted, only the value of the item will be refunded. Returns may take up to 15 business days.
The reimbursement or return will not proceed in the following cases:
- If, on return, the item is different from the original one
- If it was improperly handled
- If more than 30 calendar days have passed since delivery.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel the order before receiving it, it is necessary to send an email to atencion@decorazonmexico.com mentioning the reasons, folio number and amount of the purchase, we will validate the delivery status and we will let you know how to proceed as it depends on the selected courier.
