In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (hereinafter “Law”), we wish to inform you of the following:

DE C.V., (hereinafter“LCM“) and its trademark and design DECORAZON MEXICO, indicating for the purposes of this Privacy Notice the address located at Vicente Lombardo Toledano 58, Aula Planta Baja, Col. Ex Hacienda de Guadalupe Chimalistac, Alcaldía Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City, C.P. 01050, will be individually responsible for the treatment of the personal data provided by the individuals (hereinafter “Data Subject”) to whom the personal data corresponds according to the Commercial Company to which such personal data has been communicated.

LCM, by virtue of its activities, interacts and has interacted with various individuals, who are the Data Subjects of the Personal Data (hereinafter “Data”) that at some point were collected from candidates, employees, fee-based personnel, interns, as well as suppliers, customers or other individuals; therefore, LCM informs you that the treatment provided to such Data is for institutional processes related to its productive and/or commercial operations such as consulting, evaluations, hiring of goods and/or services and/or employees, location, determination of remunerations or considerations, etc., among others. The Data may include sensitive personal information, the processing of which is authorized in favor of LCM by accepting this privacy notice. The processing of the Data that have been made available to LCM under any form or circumstance, may be carried out in accordance with these terms and conditions, so from this moment it is understood that the Data Subject gives his consent to such processing, unless there is a written communication reliably notified to LCM by the Data Subject as indicated below.

The Data will at all times be treated in accordance with the principles and requirements contained in the Law.

LCM is responsible for the collection, storage and processing of the Data. You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (total, partial, limitations of use, disclosure or transfer) of your Data by written request to the e-mail datospersonales@decorazonmexico.com, in these cases, depending on your request or the right you intend to exercise, you may be asked to make your request in writing to the address indicated above. Any request for the exercise of the rights described above must comply with the requirements contained in the Law and will be resolved within the time periods and under the terms set forth in the Law.

LCM will maintain appropriate safeguards, which adhere to industry standards, to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the Data.

Once any right has been exercised by the Data Subject, LCM will process the personal data, subject to the provisions of the Law and/or those authorized by the Data Subject, or will proceed to its rectification or cancellation, as the case may be in legal terms.

LCM may assign and/or transfer the Data in the terms authorized by the Law, both to individuals and legal entities, national or foreign. If you as the Data Subject sign this notice or do not exercise a right of opposition as provided in this privacy notice, it will be understood for all legal purposes that you as the Data Subject authorize, if necessary, at the discretion of LCM, the transfer and/or transmission of your Data. The recipients of such Data will be subject to the provisions of this privacy notice. In terms of the above, LCM may need to transfer the Data to third parties with whom it maintains commercial or professional relationships, solely to perform, on behalf of LCM, tasks related to its productive or commercial operations. These third parties will only receive the Data as part of the provision of such services, as part of the scope and/or as necessary information for the perfection of the commercial or professional relationships agreed with LCM, and will adhere to the content of this privacy notice and the Law. LCM will only select third parties that formally commit to put in place the necessary security measures to ensure the appropriate level of privacy of the Data. LCM will be responsible for notifying third parties of the contents of this notice, as well as any modification or deletion of Data by virtue of the exercise of their rights.

It will be reliable proof in the granting of acceptance and authorization of users to this notice and the handling of their personal data in favor of LCM with the simple fact of providing such data, through the page www.decorazonmexico.com in any part of your filters and/or microfilters and/or in any section where personal data information is requested.
